Sterilization process of the Autoclave all relies on a XMC4000 family device by Infineon.
Demand for computational accuracy and real time capabilities  are satisfied by XMC core computational power and extensive peripheral set.

XMC4000 are powered by ARM® Cortex™-M4 with a built-in DSP instruction set.

The Single Precision Floating Point Unit, Direct Memory Access (DMA) feature and Memory Protection Unit (MPU) are state-of-the-art for all devices – even the smallest XMC4000 runs with up to 80MHz in core and peripherals.

It comes with comprehensive set of common, fast and precise analog/mixed signal, Timer/PWM and communication peripherals.

Sterilization Process

From the quality of vapour, depends the efficiency of the sterilization and therefore the safety of patients.
 
For this reason the Sterilization Autoclave is equipped with a series of essential devices to obtain a high quality vapour, such as the integrated steam generator, the degasser and the air/water separator.
It is known that where there is the presence of water, there cannot be sterilization. For this motive the Autoclave  has been integrated by the steam generator. This device introduces in the chamber high quality vapour, devoid of water droplets. 

The degasser takes away the incondensable gasses which can compromise the sterility and allows to save water used during the cycles. 

By eliminating carbon dioxide, a superior quality of water is obtained along with a more efficient sterilization.The air-water separator reduces the strain on the vacuum pump, which is the most expensive component of the autoclave, making it work better and increasing its life.
