Bluewind joins Zoppas Industries Group: a strategic partnership to expand in global markets
A strategic milestone focused on the future of high-tech industry: after more than 25 years of innovation and success, Bluewind takes a major step forward. We are proud to announce that Zoppas Industries, a world leader in heating technologies, has acquired a majority stake in our company.
This agreement connects two distinct yet highly complementary worlds. On one side is Bluewind’s ingenuity and excellence in electronics design, embedded software, and connectivity; on the other, the industrial strength and global presence of Zoppas Industries Group. The outcome is a powerful synergy: together, we will transform traditional thermal systems into advanced technological solutions capable of self-diagnosis, performance monitoring, and data processing to optimize energy consumption.
We will continue operating under our own identity as a specialised competence centre. However, starting today, we can draw upon the commercial network and manufacturing capabilities of an international industrial group to scale our projects globally across challenging sectors such as automotive, aerospace, medical, railway, and machinery.
