Andrea Toscan
Andrea holds a Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Science.
After graduation he started a long career at Bluewind consulting in embedded systems, first as a software developer and then as a project manager. He is now a member of the board. He has participated in and managed more than sixty hardware and software projects of various sizes, having relations with more than thirty different clients on a multitude of markets.
His challenge is a rapid understanding of the product and problem he is facing, using and researching processes and technologies that best fit the situation in contexts that range from automotive to medical, from consumer to industrial. This dynamic technical and organisational environment is a breeding ground for Agile Development and Design Thinking.
For Andrea this is above all a chance for him to enhance his effective team building skills.
